Mövenpick Hotel Karpacz is a new aparthotel located in Karpacz, right next to the ski slope, a 5-minute walk from the town centre.

Traditional Tyrolean architecture that goes well with the historic buildings of Karpacz, as well as modern interiors and infrastructure will let the investment compete with the best hotel facilities in Europe. The investment consists in purchasing an individual apartment (full ownership of the property) and concluding a lease agreement for a period of 20 years. The annual income the owner receives is independent of the occupancy and is the product of 7% and the net price of the premises, without furnishings.
